Problem Note 66496: Titles and footnotes do not span the full width of a page when you use the COLUMNS= option with the TAGSETS.RTF_SAMPLE tagset

Titles and footnotes do not span the entire width of the page when you use the COLUMNS= option with a value that is greater than 1 with the TAGSETS.RTF_SAMPLE tagset. When a value that is greater than 1 is specified for the COLUMNS= option, the title or footnote is shortened and centered on the page.
This behavior does not occur when you use the TAGSETS.RTF tagset and the ODS RTF destination.
